Tomorrow is an excellent time to think of using the people around you.
The people are like your boss, politicians, capitalist, an attractive man/woman who doesn't show a slight interest to you, or your parents who don't agree with you about your career plan.

For example, let's say you are working for a conservative company which dislikes giving a chance to young employees like you.
On the other hand, especially in Japan, such companies tend to try hiring all their employees, and you can have a stable salary by just obeying to such companies.

Another example is that a Japanese organization at which lots of different companies gather together to propose policies to the Japanese government finally says "They cannot maintain lifetime employment anymore.".
I think it is a chance for Japanese workers to reconsider how they make a living.
To work for a company which doesn't give you exciting work nor discretion just because it is stable is quite a waste of your life.
Life is more exciting than that.
And it is a chance for executives to run their companies without depending on each employee's skills.
If they stop lifetime employment, the employees won't stay long, and they need to run companies in a way easy to understand, so new employees can start working immediately.

One more example is that let's say your parents don't agree with you who wants to be a comic writer.
Maybe you can choose a more stable job but is related to a comic writer like web site designer, and ask your parents to let you go to the school of web site designers.
Of course, you go to school as you write comic books.
It is only to assure your parents, and studying designing may improve your comic-book-writing skills.

Use the people around you for yourself.
It is generally good to think of others and act for others.
Maybe the company has treated well, and you feel reluctant to leave it.
Maybe you understand your parents' worries about your career.
However, they cannot take responsibility for your life.
It is important for you to think and decide independently, so you can positively take responsibility for your life, rather than complain you have failed because you followed what the company or your parents tell you to do.

勤めてる会社、政府、資本家とか。
あるいは攻略不能に見える素敵な彼・彼女とか。
あなたのなそうとすることに批判的な両親とか。
それらに真正面からぶつかっていくのではなく、利用していくといいのかなと思う。

例えば、保守的であなた含む若者になかなかチャンスを与えない会社に勤めているとして。
その代わりに、会社はあなたの雇用を律儀に守ろうとするわけで。
そのおかげで、余程の事態に遭遇しない限り安泰だと、あなたはぬくぬくと会社員をやっていられる。

例えば、経団連がついに終身雇用を放棄すると宣言したけれど。
転職を考えることもあるけど、どうしても踏ん切りがつかないという人には朗報だよね。
どうやって生きていくかをゼロベースで考えていくのによいタイミングだと思う。
会社側も終身雇用がなくなり、常に人が入れ替わる環境で、どうやって会社を運営していくか、考え直す時。
属人的な運営の仕方では、人は入れ替えられないからね。

例えば、親が、あなたが漫画家になろうとするのに批判的だとして。
漫画に役に立つが漫画家よりは堅実な職業、例えばWebデザイナーになる、といって親にWebデザイナー養成学校に行かせてもらうとか。
もちろん、漫画を描くのは続けながらね。

自分自身のために、周囲を利用していくとよいのかなと思う。
利他的なのはよいことだけれど、まずはあなた自身が安定と富を手にしてから、他人のことを考えればよいのだと思う。
今の会社にはお世話になった、とか。
親の不安は理解できる、とか。
問題は、会社や親の言うことに従っても、彼ら・彼女らはあなたの人生に責任は持てないのだよね。
憂き目にあったときに、あくまでこれは自分の選択の結果だ、と受け入れ前向きに対処していくためにも、まずは自分のことをしっかりしましょう。
