Tomorrow, you may be given a tool to defeat your unconquerable competitors or enemies.
These days you may have guts to stand against them, but you may have no idea how to defeat them.

The competitors or enemies could be at your workplace, school, or even in your family.
And it could be yourself.

The key to defeating them is to be fair.
I know it is difficult to be fair: you can't get out of your ego, bias, or prejudice as long as you are you.
We aren't God nor will ever be.

Unfortunately, even if you manage to be fair, most of the people around you won't be fair to you.
They simply don't know how to be fair or the importance of it.
It is quite surprising that those people who are hired to manage members of a team, I mean your boss, don't even know it.
The managers assess the members according to the managers' own tastes, without realizing it.

So it is impossible to be friends with such ignorant people, even if you treat them fair.
They will just take your fairness for granted and never realize how many efforts you put to be fair.

So, be fair only for yourself.
It is to judge if you are on the right way.
Look at your outputs.
I know you like your outputs, but are they worth praise from people?
Are people so ignorant that they don't realize the values of your outputs, or aren't your outputs just crap?

Look at the job markets.
Are you properly aiming to get what you want?
If you just want to be rich, you need to get a well-paid job which is not necessarily interesting for you.
If you are pursuing what you like, how much can you compromise?
I mean, if you cannot get a job of what you want like a novel writer, what can you do with the writing skill to earn money?

It is the same story if you are searching for a partner.
How much is your value in the markets?
Are you searching for a man/woman who could ever exist?

It is a good day to objectively judge your aims, circumstances, and future.
And it may help you to defeat whoever your enemy is.

明日は、あなたのライバル・敵やあなたの前に立ち塞がる壁に切り込むポイントを見つける時なのかもしれない。
ここ最近は、意気込みばかりが目立っていると思うのだけど、明日はそういう自分を客観的に見つめたり、戦況が不利な原因について思いをはせるといいのかなと思う。

ライバル・敵、壁というのは、職場・学校・家族にいるのかもしれない。
もしくは、あなた自身の中にあるのかもしれない。

ポイントとしては、「公平」になることかなと思う。
公平っていっても、周囲の人に公平に接しても、仇で返されるだけだし。
例えば、上司というか、マネージャー。
マネージャーはメンバーを管理するため雇われ、メンバーを公平に評価しなければならないわけど。
公平な評価っていうのを成し遂げられてるマネージャーはそうそういないのが現実。
偏見・先入観・好み。
それが一般的なマネージャーたちの評価基準。
最悪なことに、彼ら・彼女らは自分らが歪んだ評価基準を持っていることに気づいてすらいない。

そもそも完全に公平な視点は、自分のエゴと偏見・先入観から自由にならないと無理なわけだけど、そんなの神にでもならない限り無理なので。
要は、大多数の人間にとって、人の上に立ち人を管理するっていうのがそもそも過ぎた役割なんだよね。

なので、少なくとも自分自身については公平でいればいいのかなと思う。
公平というのは例えば。
自分の創作物が認められないと嘆くのであれば。
あなたの創作物はそもそも認められるほどの価値があるのか？とか。
職が見つからないのであれば、あなたは自分の市場価値に見合った職を探そうとしているのか？とか。
パートナーが見つけれないのであれば、異性に期待しすぎていないか？とか。
自分自身についてシビアに現状・敗因を分析する必要があるのかなと思う。
