You might get motivated to solve the problem which is bothering you.
Maybe you find a chance to solve the problem.
Or maybe you think of a solution today and you try it tomorrow.
But don't just jump onto it.
It could bring you troubles.

For example, you get stuck at work and feel you cannot continue with work.
So you try to change your work and somehow you get into troubles with your customers who like your work.
For example, you try new things at work and you get into troubles with colleagues who don't like new things.

Or maybe you care too much about colleagues, boss or customers and you cannot do what you want and you feel frustrated.

Don't try and look for easy solutions.
Look for your "ideal" solutions.
The question is what is "ideal" for you and the people around you.
For example, you feel like you cannot continue with work, don't just change to another work but have a leave and study at schools.
For example, don't try new things with a cost from the people around you.
If because of the new things some of the work may be lost, try to find new work for the people around you.

I think what you are trying to do is to get out of the traditional ways, old rules or bad habits.
But they don't exist without reasons.
Try to consider the reasons behind and find solutions.
Try not to assume they are bad.

もしくは、今日、何か解決できるアイデアが生まれ、明日試してみようとするのかもしれない。
なのだけど、後先考えずにそのチャンスに突っ込むと、問題がややこしくなってしまうかもしれない。

例えば、仕事でスランプに陥り、請けてる仕事を方向転換しようとするんだけど、その過程で今の取引先ともめたりするのかもしれないし。
例えば、新しい試みをしようとして、職場のお局様を敵に回してしまったり。

もしくは、取引先や職場のお局様、その他周囲の人を気遣いすぎて、自分のやりたい通りにできず、フラストレーションがたまったりとか。

即全面解決しようとせず、理想に向けて一歩前進できたら、それで良しとすべきかなと思う。
あなたにとっての理想は何かってことだと思うんだよね。
例えば、仕事でスランプに陥いったのであれば、無理に方向転換せず、休暇でもいれて充電する期間を設けるとか。
例えば、新しい試みをするのはいいけど、周囲の人たちを切り捨てないやり方を模索する。
新しい試みで仕事がなくなるのであれば、新しい仕事をあなたが作る、など。

伝統・慣習・ルールから抜け出そうとしてるのかなと思うんだけど。
伝統・慣習・ルールが悪しきものであっても、理由があって今に続いている。
いきなり悪しき伝統・慣習・ルールすべてをばっさり切り捨てた解決策を求めるのではなく、その背景を慮った発想をするのが重要かなと思う。
