In Japan, there are special occasions at which all the graduates search for jobs at the same time and the graduates are only compared among the graduates to be hired.
Maybe it's time those graduates find such occasions meaningful or the other way.
I think it's good there are such occasions ready for the graduates: they don't need to compete for jobs with experienced workers.
Just that by looking at the "correct" response of the interviews and the questionnaires, I feel it's stupid: it's nothing more than a childish game.
You need to respond to them uniquely and as expected at the same time.

If you are a graduate searching for a job, just accept any company's offer: no need to brood over which company to work for.
You can only see if the company fits you or the company contributes to society correctly after you have some experience working for companies.
It IS better if you can work for a big and famous company: it will make your life easier whether you would work for the company for the whole of your life, you would change a job, or you would start a business of your own even.
But of course it's difficult to find a job in such companies for most people so just take it easy and accept whatever you get and try your best at the company.
If you don't forget the desire to succeed or to prove yourself "correct" to people, God will give you such chances to do that, I think.
Those questionnaires and the interviews are useless in finding your potentials, talents or lucks.
Don't worry you cannot pass them.

And at the same time, tomorrow, the conflicts between "water" elements and "earth" elements may become clear, this time without much help, unlike today (look at the today's horoscope I wrote yesterday).
I think it means that you should realize you have no right to control and manage everything of employees whom you pay salaries.
The more you control and manage employees, the more employees are stressed, and it would eventually damage their performance.
And an employee who has subtle skills difficult to explain or an employee somehow cheers up other employees around, are not to be neglected just because they don't contribute to the sales directly.

Companies must make all the rules and the manners clear if there is any.
But too much of the other way around is violating employees' human rights: you don't have the right to control and manage everything of the employees.

まあ、一流企業に就職できたら、その後の人生も楽になるのは確かだと思うけどね。
新卒で入った会社に骨を埋ずめるのにも、転職するにも。
なんだけど、大多数の人は、新卒で一流企業就職は無理なので、とりあえず気にせず内定貰ったところで精一杯頑張ってみる。
「成功したい」「見返してやりたい」そういう気持ちを忘れなければ、いずれリベンジのチャンスも訪れることでしょう。
面接では、あなたの才能・ポテンシャルや運を見抜くことはできませんので。
優等生・秀才は見抜けるのかもしれないけどね。

で、同時に、明日は水のエレメントと地のエレメントの対立が深まる時。
緩い調停はあるんだけど、基本的には、対立が鮮明になり、誤魔化しがきかない時だと思う。

会社組織といえど、何もかもがっちり管理できる・管理するのを許されてる、などと思わないように。
もしそう思っているのであれば、それはあなたの傲慢だと思う。
管理すればするほど従業員は委縮するという大原則を忘れているのではないでしょうか。
明文化できないノウハウを持っている人、社内の潤滑油的存在など、数値化できないからといって評価せず切り捨てるのはもちろん悪手。
会社組織はマナーやルールなどあるならばすべて明文化するのが義務というか、そうすることで管理により従業員が委縮するのを防ぐことになるんだけど、会社組織が従業員にすべてを明文化し捧げるように求めるのは人権侵害になる。
