It's good you have your vision.
But if the people around you don't support it, it's difficult to realize it.
There are laziness and the lack of passion in them.
Maybe you were also like them.
Maybe you felt you couldn't allow it anymore and decided to take actions.

The people around you are reluctant to follow you and to move for better solutions, like your past.
What words should you tell yourself or what rewards should you give yourself to move yourself in the past?

Having your vision may be not enough.
You need to tell them you were wrong and what you have in your mind.
If they still don't move, then there is nothing you can do.
You were like them anyway.
They have rights to stay as they are.

Maybe you should directly tell people in the world, rather than try to move the people around you.
You can go to newspapers, magazines or you can even use Twitter to tell them your story.
Maybe it risks you to be accused of slandering Nissan, information abuse, or whatever it thinks of.
But isn't your vision worth for the risks?

For the French government to take over Nissan, accords to the rules of Capitalism and not to be disturbed.
Some Japnese say such things.
They are slaves to Capitalism, and I'm not surprised to hear them.
If the takeover is done, Nissan may not employ many Japanese in Japan.
I've heard while Nissan has moved factories out of Japan because it's expensive, it has built factories in equally-or-more-expensive France.
Japanese capitalists or the Japanese government have a mission to protect the jobs in Japan.

France is supposed to be one of "the intelligence of human species", Europe.
I'm calling Europe so because they always talk beautiful words.
But behind the words, they only pursue their own benefits.
There are only Japanese government or companies by Japanese capitals which protect Japanese people.

志が高いのはよいことだけれど。
周囲がついてこなければ、志は遂げられない。
惰性と怠慢の海。
この間まで、あなたもつかっていたと思うんだよね。
けれど、このままではいけない、とようやく危機感を覚え、行動することにしたのかもしれない。

そんなあなたの志に共鳴しない周囲は、この間までのあなたと同じ。
この間までのあなたを動かすには、どういう言葉を投げればよかったのか。
どういう報酬を与えればよかったのか。

あなたにビジョンがあるのは大前提。
その上で。
これまでの自分の否を認め。
あなたの方から心を開く。
そこまでしても動かなければ、仕方がない。
この間までのあなたも、彼らと同じだったのだから。
彼らにも保身に走る権利がある。

思い切って、直接世間に語りかけるのもありなのかもしれない。
新聞社、ゴシップ誌に駆け込む、もしくはツイッターで直接私見を述べる。
それは、会社から名誉棄損だか、情報の漏洩だかで訴えられる可能性はあるんだけど。
志が確かであれば、それくらいのリスク、とれますよね？

フランス政府に日産を乗っとられるのも資本の論理だとか言う奴隷もいるけれど。
フランス政府に完全に日産を乗っとられれば。
日産による日本国内の雇用を維持できなくなるかもしれない。
（すでに、日本国内の工場は人件費の安い国へ移転、その割に、フランスには新しい工場を作ったりしてるらしい。）
まあ、奴隷たちは日産の雇用がなくとも生きてけるので関係ないのかもしれませんが。
日本の政府や勝ち組には、日本国内の雇用を守らなければいけない、という使命が本当はあるのですよ。

奴隷たちが信望する人間の「理性」欧州も、隙あらば自分たちが得するように行動するだけなのは周知の通りと思う。
日本人を守るのは日本政府か日本企業しかいない。
