It's said that the Moon is not very good at Capricorn.
In addition to that, the star of trials, the Saturn and the star of fears, the Pluto wait at Capricorn these days.
So every time the Moon gets into Capricorn, you need to fight against trials and fears.

For example, you want to change a job, but you are feared that if you can go along with a new boss and new colleagues at a new job.
You may want to work for a company until your retirement, but are feared that if the company lasts long enough, or if you can continue contributing to the company so your boss won't fire you before your retirement.
You may be worried that if it's ok to marry your current partner.

To get over the trials and the fears, you simply need skills:
A skill which is highly demanded and can be used at other companies,
A communication skill with which you can get along with less capable boss or colleagues.

And you also need to divide your emotions and your work.
Your boss and colleagues are just for your work.
Don't torment over them too much just because you cannot get along with them well.

For the company, you are just one of the members working for it and nothing more or less, so think of a way to improve your value to the company.
I mean you may like your company emotionally, but the company hires you just because it needs your skill.
So once your skill is out of date, you will be fired.
It's nothing to do with emotions or affections.

What kind of workes does your boss or the company need?
What kind of skills does the company need?
That's all you need to think of.

Trying to meet the requirements your boss and the company secretly hold is more like a slave, maybe.
But the world Capricorn handles is as such.
There are employers and employees only connected by earning profits together in this world.
That's it.
No emotion nor affection.
And in the realm of Capricorn, we are not equal: An employer is not equal to his/her employees.

If you don't like it, then get out of the company and work independently, so you can be evaluated by the society directly, rather than by your boss or a particular company.
Anyway, you need to be evaluated by somebody to earn money and to stay alive, unfortunately.

劣悪な上司や人間関係でもやっていけるコミュニケーション能力を身につける。

割り切るというのも重要かなと思う。
上司も同僚も、所詮仕事だけでの関係だから適当にこなし。
会社にとって所詮自分は歯車、駒でしかないということを踏まえた上で、会社にとっての自分の価値を高めていく。
会社や上司はどういう従業員を好み、どういう従業員を嫌うのか。
どうすれば会社や上司に好かれ、必要とされるのか。

会社や上司の顔色をうかがうなんてばからしいし、そんなの奴隷だ、と思うかもしれないけど。
山羊座の一側面は、奴隷ですからね。
使用者がいて、奴隷がいて。
そういう世界を取り扱うのが山羊座。
山羊座においては、人間はは不平等なもの。

それが嫌であれば、自立・独立し、会社を飛び越え、社会に直接あなたを評価してもらえるような社会的ポジションを獲得するのがいいかなと思う。
まあいずれにしろ、他者に評価されなければいけないんだけどね。
あなたの社会的価値というのは、とどのつまりは、他者に貢献しているか、他者から評価されているかってことだから。
