軋轢や摩擦やすれ違いは、よりより手法・コミュニケーションを見つける種であるし。
例えば、部下がすべてあなたのコピーだったら、確かにコミュニケーションは円滑になり、問題も起こらないけど、発展も成長も望めないのではないかなと思う。
