It' like the time when you come out of your mother's womb, and start your own life.
It doesn't mean you abandon your mother.
It just means that it's time you become independent physically.
You and your mother are physically disconnected but are together emotionally.
Maybe at first, you feel lonely.
But you will get used to it.

It's the same story in the relationships with the people around you.
If you have friends, family, etc., connected just because you feel accepted, maybe it's time to get out of the relationship.
You can be friends with them, but cannot fight together with them to go over the wall you are facing.
Maybe it's because they are not strong enough, and you need to protect them.
It's difficult to fight and protect them at the same time.
You don't need to abandon them.
You can return to them when you are tired of fighting, and you need peace.
I think what you need to understand here is always physically being together with people we like is sometimes not possible.

You need to be independent and be alone to control your life as you want.
It doesn't mean you will be alone forever.
You can find people who we can share your goal.
But to find your own true goal, not misled by others, you should have time being alone searching for it.

Most organizations work with one head, i.e., there is only one CEO.
All workers follow what the CEO decides and says.
I don't know when this system started, but it's been long adopted, and no one doubts this system.
What this means is to decide and set goals and realize the goals, only one brain is needed like you are alone controlling your own life.

あたたかなお母さんのお腹の中から出て、一歩を踏み出すような時なのかなと思う。
それは、お母さんを捨てるという意味ではないし。
単に、お母さんからの栄養素を供給してもらうのをやめ、自立するということ。
物理的に繋がっていなくとも。
気持ちは繋がっているから。
少し寂しくはあるけれども、何の問題もないと思うんだよね。

周囲との関係でも同じ。
共感と惰性で繋がっている人たちがいるのであれば。
先を見据えて、整理する時なのかもしれない。
その人たちといるのは、あたたかかく安心するのかもしれないけれども。
戦友にはなれない人たちなのかもしれない。
その人たちを捨てる必要はないのかもしれない。
あなたが戦いで疲れた時に、その人たちのところへ戻ってくればいいのではないかなと思う。

なぜ自立するのかといえば。
結局のところ人生をすべて思い通りにするには、一人で道を歩むしかないんだと思う。
もちろん、ずっと一人でいる必要はなく。
道すがら、目的を共有できる人が見つかれば、その人と歩むこともできるけれども。
外野に惑わされていない、自分の真の目的を見つけるために、一時一人歩む時間を持つことは必要なことだと思うんだよね。

企業には、社長が一人。
従業員は、直属の上司を通してそのたった一人の社長に服従する。
この形がいつから始まったのか知らないけど、長いこと使われてるシステムで、これに変わるものがでてくる兆候はないし。
どんなにたくさんの人間がぶら下がっていようとも、ブレーンは１つ。
意思決定し目標を定め目標を実現するのにあたり、それが最も効率的だってことなんだと思う。
なので、あなたの人生においてのブレーンも、あなたただ一人なのが効率的だってことなんだろね。
