You may have the power and are determined to overcome obstacles and disturbance.
Maybe you are convinced that you are right.

But there may be hidden enemies, according to the stars.
Enemies could be worries if the path you are on leads to somewhere.
Or it could be unverbalized rules in the company you are working for, or the executive officers who are behind your immediate boss.
Or it could be old conventions in the industry or cartels in product price or salaries for employees.
The battles against those enemies are at peak.

I want to advise you is not to try to defeat the enemies.
Win-win is the solution.
For example, if your boss doesn't want to increase your salary, then you could ask him/her to let you do a side job (in most of the companies in Japan it's not allowed).
Or if you want to be a permanent staff, but it's difficult, you can ask your boss to increase your time rate.

It is difficult to move on if you stick to what you think is correct.
Your boss has a reason he/she cannot accept your requests.
You need to consider the unspoken reason your boss has.

You assert that employees have yourself or a family to feed, but your boss thinks you are a disposable machine to increase sales or what.
But your boss thinks you can assert such things because you don't understand the management.
Maybe you should compromise first.

障害も妨害も乗り越える力にみなぎっているというか。
自分のやっていることは正しい、自分の進んでいる道は正しいという確信があるのかもしれない。

目に見えない敵、例えば、道の先に道があるのか不安でたまらない、とか。
あるいは、会社の暗黙のルールや、あなたの直属の上司のさらに先にいる社長や役員とか。
あるいは業界全体の慣習やカルテルなど。
そういう敵との戦いがそろそろピーク。

ポイントは、敵にばかり目をくれるのではなく、全体を見ることかなと思う。
敵との間で勝ち負けを決めるのではなく、win-winを目指す。
敵にもやむをえずあなたの敵となった事情がある。
その事情を解消することを目指すといいのかもしれない。
例えば、給与を上げるよう交渉するのもいいけれど、難しそうであれば、代わりに副業を解禁してもらうとか。
例えば、正社員登用が難しいのであれば、時間給を上げてもらうとか。

正面からただ自分の権利を主張するだけでは通らないと思うんだよね。
相手の事情を考慮した提案ができると、前進できるかもしれない。
あなたからすると、労働者にも守らなければいけない生活や家族がいるのに、経営者は労働者を使い捨てにしてる。
経営者からすれば、労働者は会社の事情を分かってない。
どちらかが歩み寄らなければいけないのではないかなと思う。
