Maybe you feel connected with the people around you tomorrow.
For example, you make a mistake at work, and your boss helps you to get over it making you feel protected by your boss or the company.
Another example is that you are working hard for a goal together with your boss and colleagues, and you feel it's your place and your purpose for living for now.

It means your boss, colleagues or the company thinks of you and cares for you more than you have imagined.
I think it also means that you have learned through the hardships you have experienced, and you start understanding the intentions of your boss, colleagues or the company positively.
Maybe you become more considerate and try to understand the situations in which the people around you are.

Now you know how to get along with the big powers like the government or the company.
Just claiming your rights won't move a thing.
You need to consider what the big powers are thinking and make a deal with them.
Otherwise, they will think you are just one of the claimers who doesn't understand their situations, and they will ignore your claim with polite words.

And what I want you to think about is that "Is the right you are claiming you need?".
People sometimes claim their rights which they don't need nor will ever need.
And claiming rights tend to damage your relationships, so it's better if you can keep the right to claim rights as a last resort.

周囲の人と、連帯感を感じられる時かなと思う。
例えば、仕事でミスをして取引先に迷惑をかけてしまって、上司が身を挺してあなたをかばい、会社・上司に守られてるな、と感じるのかもしれない。
そして、この会社にいてよかった、と改めて思うのかもしれない。
例えば、会社で共通の目標に向かって邁進している真っ最中で、あなたはそこに居場所と生きがいを見つけるのかもしれない。

会社が意外にもあなたのことを大切に思っているってことではあるんだけど。
あなた自身も成長して、会社の対応を肯定的に捉えるようになったということでもあるのかもしれない。
自分の分を知り、謙虚になったのかもしれない。

政府や会社、そういう権力の塊と上手くやっていくにはどうすればいいのか。
ひたすらあなたの権利を主張しても、利害がぶつかって溝が深まるだけってことは分かったと思う。
自立することで、為政者や経営者視点の目線を獲得し、対等に渡り合う必要があるんだと思う。
粗探してをして政府を糾弾しても。
為政者は「またか」と呆れ、あなたを為政者の事情を理解できない人、と取り合わないでしょう。

それに、あなたは権利を主張するけれども。
その権利は、本当にあなたの欲しいものですか？ってことなのかもしれない。
大して使わない、使っていない権利を主張しても、権力との間の溝が深まるだけで、損なだけだと思うんだよね。
