CEO's policies are behind your high sales quota.
It's the leader of the organization or society making you feel worries or fears.
I know some leaders are excellent and are worth a reputation or a high reward.
But most leaders are not worth for it.
If they are founders of companies, then I understand they are highly reputed or rewarded.
What about those hired CEOs and executive officers?
I don't think they deserve what they are receiving.

トップが変われば、今あなたを支配している不安も恐怖も、なくなるかもしれない。
一部に優秀なトップがいるのは間違いないんだけど。
そういう一部の優秀なトップに引っ張られて、大多数の凡人トップまで神聖視され、高額の報酬を受け取る。
創業社長なら高額報酬もまだ理解できるけど。
サラリーマンCEO、役員にまで高額な報酬は理解をえられんでしょ。
明日は、そんな冥王星と月がコンジャンクション。
