Have a vision or set a goal and go for it.

Remember your ambition like starting your own business, or working freelance so you can try your business idea rather than try to persuade your stupid boss just to be turned down.
For example, maybe your drawing is better than the popular porn artist, but because yours is not porn, it's not as popular.
Drawing porns is a fast way to be popular (at least in Japan), but it's not what you want to draw.
So remember your final goal and don't be disturbed by other artists.
A good thing to remember your final goal or vision is that it will give you mental stability with most of the obstacles on the way.
And it will make you stable enough to be kind even towards your boss you don't like.
Just make sure that you are down to earth, plan realistically or you act.
Only having a vague goal or vision is not enough.
For example, if you think your drawings are better than the porn artist, upload them on the internets so that people can judge your drawings.
For example, if you want to start your own business, try hard to think of a business idea from now.
If you want to work freelance, then when will you start it?
How many more skills do you need to learn to work freelance?

いろいろあると思うんだけど。
目先のことばかり見てしまうと、不平や不満しかでてこないのではないかなと思う。
例えば、あなたの自信の提案が通らなかったのであれば、今は「そういう会社だ」とか「修業期間だ」と割り切り、将来起業やフリーランスで、直接顧客にあなたの商品やサービスを訴求できる立場になればいいし。
例えば、どう考えてもあなたの作品のほうが上手いのに、18禁を描いてるあの人の作品のほうがいいねの数が多い、とか。
18禁は手っ取り早く人気をえるのによいと思うけど、あなたがやりたいことではないのだから、当面は、あなたはあなたの作品を追い求めればいいのではないかなと思う。
遠くを見ることで、あなたに余裕ができ、頑なな周囲もあなたに同情くらいはしてくれるかもしれない。
ただ、行動・計画は具体的にね。
例えば、あなたの作品のほうが上手くても、ネットで公開すらしなかったら、評価のされようがないし。
例えば、起業したり、フリーランスで仕事したいのであれば、今から具体的な事業内容・差別化要素を死ぬ気になって考えないといけないし、どの程度のスキルになったらフリーランスで働きだすのかとか決めないと、ずるずると会社員を続けることになるからね。
