We live in a big group called society.
We need rules and logic to get along with lots of different people in society.
Tomorrow, you may feel forced to obey such rules and logic.
An example is that you think of a plan, and you put so much effort into it, and it's rejected without many discussions.
Another example is that you think of a plan for the sake of the company and for the plan to be accepted you need to make adjustments among stakeholders.

Japanese people are obedient, so they appear to work hard for the company.
But they don't.
Whether a plan is accepted or not all depends on who proposes it or whether the personal interests of managers and executives are well considered in the plan or in the process of proposing the plan.
And if they don't like the plan personally, then they think of an apparently good reason and reject it.
They only think of themselves, not the company.

Tomorrow is like that because of the angles formed by the Moon in Leo.
So tomorrow, I advise you not think of only yourself.
If you don't like a plan personally, tell the true reason for it.
By telling the truth, the planner can consider your interests in the plan.
As long as you tell a wrong reason, no improvement will be proposed.

The auspicious angle which the Jupiter in Sagittarius and the Saturn in Capricorn form, is reaching a peak.
I think it means that we need to perish our selfishness and devote ourselves to better society or a better organization.
We are given a salary, so we need to work for the company literally.
Unless the company you work for is antisocial, you work for the company means you work for society.
If you think the company is not worth your devotion, then change jobs or start a company yourself.

集団で生きる以上、社会や組織のルールや論理に従わざるをえないわけだけど。
明日は、それを強く実感することになるのかもしれない。
例えば、あなたが面白いと思った企画が、あっさり却下されたり。
例えば、会社のためを思って考えた企画を通すために、面倒な根回しをしなければならなかったり。

日本人は従順だから、会社のために働いているのかと思いきや。
とある企画をやるかやらないかは、会社のためになるかどうかでなく、誰が発案したか、自分の立場へ配慮はなされているかとかが重要になってくる。
で、企画が個人的に気に食わなければ、もっともそうな理由をつけて却下する。
すごく身勝手なんだよね。
自分のことしか考えていない。
公私混同極まりない。

明日の獅子座月は、そんな感じ。
公私混同をしないように、自戒したほうがいいかな。
個人的に企画が気に食わなければ、そのようにはっきり言えばいいのではないかな。
はっきり言うことで、「じゃあ、あなたの立場へ配慮するために、こうしますが、どうでしょうか」みたいな改善案もでてくる。
企画が嫌いな理由をごまかしている間は、そういう建設的な改善案もでてこない。

私利私欲、公私混同、個人的な好き嫌いは滅せよ、ってことではないかなと思う。
会社からお給料もらってるんだから、会社のために働きましょう。
会社のために働くことは、会社が反社会的勢力でもない限り、社会のためになると思うので。
今の会社のために働く価値はないと考えているのであれば、転職するなり、独立するなりしましょう。
