You may be breaking old rules and criticized.
Your may be acting beyond the expectations of your boss, and your boss doesn't like it.
The world changes but some people are trying to cling to what they have.
In Japanese, we call such people as "old harming people" which is derived from the fact that the old people tend to disturb what young people do so they don't lose what they have.
I think it is good that at least they have something they want to cling to.
Just that it sometimes makes people conservative.

Last year, the Saturn entered Capricorn, and it stays there until the year 2020.
After that, it gets into Aquarius.
So until the time, the Saturn brings trials to what Capricorn symbolizes like society, rules, histories, tradition, powers, and old people, etc..

Towards the world of Aquarius, new technologies and systems, we hear the rattle of old systems breaking down and shouting of the people who have power over the old systems before their deaths.
In the near future, I think the world becomes flat by basic income and AI and other new technologies: no one is richer or poorer than others.
Before getting into the new world, those people who have power over the old systems need to get out of the positions.
It's the final resistance by such people.

I know when the Saturn gets into Aquarius, some people try to use security holes of new systems and technologies to get what they don't deserve.
Ambition for a better society has alwasy been disturbed by those people and has been failed.
That's what we have repeated over and over.

For Utopia, we need perfect systems and technologies which have no security holes or repentant over ourselves.
If we install basic income, no anxiety for living or future and I think it makes people good and there will be fewer conflicts.

People say those who work hard should get more rewards than those who are lazy.
Such systems only result in fights over rewards.
I know they result in evolution.
But we have evolved enough, and we need no more, I think.

ちょっとしたあなたの行動が規律に抵触し、批判されたりだとか。
ちょっとしたあなたの行動が、上司にとがめられたりだとか。
変わりゆく社会の中で、老人から若い人まで、みんな自分の取り分・立場を守ろうと必死なんだろうね。
それを老害と呼ぶんだけれども。
守るに値する取り分・立場を持っているというのは、羨ましい限りですね。

去年から土星が山羊座に入座し、2020年頃まで山羊座にとどまり、その後は水瓶座へ抜ける。
土星は、入座した星座の象徴とする分野に試練をもたらす。
山羊座の象徴しているものとは、社会、ルール、歴史、伝統、権力（者）、老人、などなど。

山羊座の次のテクノロジーの世界、水瓶座へ向けて。
旧来の世界のシステムが軋む音と。
断末魔の叫びを聞いてるってとこかなと思う。
さほど遠くない未来、ベーシックインカムとAIやその他技術によって世界はフラットになる。
新世界へ移行するにあたり、旧世界を牛耳っている人たちは退場させられる。
そういう人たちによる最後の抵抗なのかもしれない。

まあ、水瓶座に土星が入ったら入ったで。
新システムと技術の隙間に入りこみ、旧来の悪しき慣習や癒着を復活させようと企む人がでてくるとは思うけどね。
志は、堕落した人間によって頓挫させられる。
人間の繰り返してきたことだよね。

ユートピアは。
抜け穴のない完璧なシステムと技術か。
すべての人間が悔い改めるか。
どちらかで達成できる。
ベーシックインカムで生活の不安がなくなれば。
大概の人は善良になるし、いさかいも大分減ることでしょう。
努力した人にはそれなりの報酬を。
さぼった人には報いを。
そんなシステムでは、報酬獲得のための戦いしか生まれない。
戦いは進化を生むけれども、いさかいを生む。
すでに十分進化をとげた我々には、戦いはもう必要ないということでしょう。
