Men like only beautiful women.
Men only think of having sex.
Women only care about men's income.
Even those who talk beautiful words of love only care about themselves.

As you grow up, you face such a reality.
People work for themselves rather than for society or somebody else.
Even if you change yourself being disgusted with such people, the reality won't change, and people won't change.
Disappointment and resignation in human species are there.

However, hope can be found tomorrow.
Maybe you find a good nature in the people around you like sympathy towards others' misfortunes, or devotion to friends without returns.

It doesn't mean you can change the reality or others immediately.
But at least you can decide to chase your idealism rather than giving up before trying.

Let's say that you are looking for a partner.
If you want a partner who looks at you, rather than your income, you need to look at candidates yourself.
It doesn't mean then you can find an ideal partner immediately.
It doesn't mean you who have been looking at how beautiful a woman looks, can change immediately with just a try.
You need tolerance as well as deep understandings of the candidates.

It is possible that you have tried so many times and you still cannot find a partner.
I think it's when you start giving up God might come to help you.
You at least need to try so God can help you out one day.

所詮、男は美人が好きだとか、性欲だとか。
女は男の収入しか見ない、とか。
綺麗事を語っている人も、所詮自分が一番かわいいのに変わりはない、とか。

大人になるにつれて現実が見えてきて。
理想を追い求めるより保身と自分の利益の確保に走る。
自分が変わったところで、現実も、他人も変わらない。
一種の諦め。

そういう混沌の中で。
明日は、何かしら希望が見えてくるのかもしれない。
周囲の状況は変わらないのだけど、ほんのわずかな人間の善良な部分を見出すのかもしれない。
例えば、他人の不幸に対する同情心、とか。
例えば、身内に対する純粋な献身、とか。

それですぐに現実や他人が変えられるわけではないけど。
理想を追い求める決意ができるのかもしれない。

婚活でいえば。
自分の中身を見て欲しいのであれば、まずは相手の中身を見ること。
それですぐに自分の中身を見てくれる相手が見つかるわけではないけどね。
そもそも、今まで女の容姿しか見てこなかった男が、ちょっと心がけるくらいで、すぐに相手の中身を見れるようになるものではない。
相手の中身を見るには、洞察だけでなく、寛容と度量が大切。

努力を重ねて。
やっぱり自分の中身を見てくれる人なんていないんじゃないか。
そういう風に諦めた矢先に、理想の相手は見つかるものだと思う。
