Today's topic is about hormones. We all live in the same world, people do their work, our body is working too, and what we do or not is mainly depends by our hormones.

There are four hormones we would talk about in this article: testosterone, estradiol, prolactin, dopamine.

1. Testosterone

What gives us a testosterone? The most important thing is unbreakable self-confidence. No fear. Most weightlifters have high doses of testosterone (i think many of you know, that competitive sport is correlated with steroids) not only because of muscle growth, it's also to remove psychological fear of bar with more than 250kg you'll have to lift up under your head.

What unites all successful men leaders (Alexander the Great, Napoleon)? Absolute firmness, unshakeable. They may feel fear, pain, suffering, but they are not showing it. No matter what you stand your ground.

Books about seducing women technique, pick-up, speech, humor, money - all that don't matter. Because we all se that women can be with anyone - with boring, ugly, poor. Testosterone - that is what matters. The more you have it then it's just defined for woman to be yours, all those pheromones tells her who are you. There are men that rude, can hurt their women but they are still with them - testo' - that's why.

For testosterone it is important to maintain almost same schedule every day. Wake up at the same time, go to bed at the same time.
High secretion testosterone is between 9pm and 11pm and you HAVE TO SLEEP at this time. So forget you night parties and watching tv shows till sunrise.

Muscle growth.

When you are at high level of testosterone you affected by muscle growth. And these muscles are different. Better quality, better condition. Ability to short-term power work. Hyped metabolism, you are hotter than normal, armed.

Bone structure.

All bones become thicker, skull, arms, legs are strong, solid, hard. It is very hard to break them. And the opposite, low testosterone leads to bone fragility.

Sense of purpose.

If you are physically healthy, have all four body limbs you have a great sense of purpose. You just can't sit on chair and do nothing. Your hormones leading you to do something. That's why all motivation books is useless. It may be perfect conditions for someone in some cases, like a naked woman lying on bed waiting for a man, but if this man has had no hormones he would do nothing, he would lay down near and even cover her not to freeze... and fall asleep.

Testosterone increases overall enjoyment of life by decreasing prolactin (later about that). Sensitivity of dopamine receptors is improved.

What is that mean?

You throughout the day need lower doses of dopamine to joy yourself, so you won't need a new car every hour, new girl, a case with a lot of cash. Ate well - feel joy, walking down the street late night, breathing air and resting - feel great, listening music - feel great.

All that leads to a quality valuables, not quantity (again you don't want 100 girls, you want one who will support you, admire you; you won't need 100 cars, you need one, but the best one - quality)

Quantity is for women. More food, more sex, more jewelry, do this, do that and this why many people say that women are stupid. They're not stupid, they're just not capable for quality valuables, their aspect is quantity.

2. Estradiol

Female mood-type.

If your mood is racing from happy to sad, annoying many times a day, you always cranky - what if this, what if that, than your estradiol is high. If it's low you would wake up and everything is fine then it's fine. You can't switch fast from bad mood to good, need a bit of time and work.

Muscle fullness.

At high levels you muscles look full, but gross, you are bulky. At low levels you look dry, shredded. Keeping estradiol nearly at zero values is bad too, firstly when it's low your muscle strength is low too, secondly muscle growth. Many receptors contribute with estradiol but not testosterone how many people think.
This hormone is important. Just don't keep it at high and really low levels, "Good" level everyone defines by himself manually.
Low estradiol also leads to injuries, bone fragility, deterioration of ligaments and tendons.

Female type fat distribution.

At high levels you gain fat like a female at legs, butt, not the belly but waist. Male type is firstly belly and arms.
