There is always hope

We all believe in a happy future, but it can happen to anyone…

I have a friend, a young mother of two children. Her son is 5 years old and her daughter is 3 years old. They are a happy family, they always loved to travel and celebrate holidays together until…she got cancer, suddenly.

It is difficult to imagine how much suffering she had experienced for 2 years. Cancer is a disease that is virtually untreatable. You somehow survive in this world and you know that soon you will not spend precious minutes with your children, you will not see them grow, you will not look into their beautiful eyes.

Why there is no cure for this disease that takes millions of lives? Every year, 8 million people die of cancer.

There’s hope…

There is a view that many human diseases are associated with genetic defects. Some of them are inherited, and some accumulate in somatic cells throughout life. For today, many genes responsible for many human diseases, including such serious as cancer identified in the world.

Just imagine how many lives can be saved if people undergo DNA testing, if scientists around the world can unite and get access to this data. The total amount of data will be analyzed and recommendations will be given to patients. People will be able to recover from this terrible disease.

Unique database

For the first time in the history of mankind, Shivom project was created to develop a unique database based on blockchain technology, which will enable users to provide data about their DNA for free or for a fee.

This will be the largest genomic database,which will include treatment and diagnosis of patients,exchange of methods of treatment, medical research and consultation of experts.
