wow funny mistake, but the coincident is true for the current Hong Kong SAR

In April the HKSAR uploaded an updated version of the Basic Law document on the website, hummmmmmm but something is strange with the flag. One of the Bauhinia petals is missing a red line. It's Quite unbelievable, a lot of citizens will think another mistake made by the Gov't. After cases and cases of HKSAR mess-up (charity loopholes, Lack of land supply, lead leakage in water, CY Leung modifies UGL Commission of Inquiry's document which is the investigation of himself etc.....) people starts not to believe the Gov't. No matter what the Gov't does, they will always get roast right away. It is common that incidents, not matter little or large, will get magnified.
On the first of July, the new Chief Executive (Carrie Lam) will swear in, also there will be an appointment of secretaries, but hold on, will those secretaries be new? Properly not, as no one want to get a hot potato. Recently, someone suggested Agnes Chan being the next Secretary of Education, the reason is herself with her three sons came out of Stanford University. On the other hand, Carrie Lam is asking Kevin YEUNG Yun-hung, who is the Undersecretary of Education at this moment.However who want to be the target of the citizens, and get roasted all day and night. Now it is ironic that working in the gov't isn't an honor job, but a job that Hongkongers love to roast on, sometimes even you get the job done you will also get pointed fingers at. It is obvious that no one wants to get this problematic job.
