Venezuela announces the creation of a digital cryptocurrency bank for students and youths; the bank will feature Venezuela’s state-owned cryptocurrency Petro, and will launch with a sum of 20 million Petros; Venezuela’s president reiterated that he also plans to launch a gold-backed ”Petro Gold” - Link
