Honey paradise

In the Kuban for several centuries successfully developing beekeeping and honey tireless "Kuban workers" collected from more than a hundred herbaceous plants and shrubs. It is primarily vetch and sweet clover, red clover and burdock, dandelion and motherwort, bruise, chicory and nettle...

The main honey plants are among the trees, and honey from white acacia, apricot and maple is especially popular. Bees, of course, often use honey plants and wild plantations, which is important for the development of bee colonies.

Today a little talk about the Kuban honey, which we recently nadegustirovalis most do not want to :-)

What types of here: melilot, may, Linden, sunflowers, grasses, buckwheat, acacia, chestnut, eucalyptus. You can list a long time, and all varieties with their variations, I just do not remember.

Beekeepers brought and propolis, Royal jelly, bee bread, pollen, honeycomb, zabrus (wax cap of the cell framework), and even honey cheese. If you haven't tried it yet, highly recommend.

The taste is just unusual, rich, but quite sugary. After such tastings, the queues to the samovar stretched into long strings :-)

Nice Cossack with pleasure were treated to hot drinks almost from the Golden samovar.

Tea with raspberry, citrus, peach, hawthorn, mint, Melissa, vanilla, ginger.
Mmm-mm... it was so delicious.

Some beekeepers brought canisters with fresh honey. He, as it should have been a variety of colors and flavors. To resist and not to try — it was impossible.

What kind of honey do you prefer? I used to like Bashkir, then Altai, and recently not specifically, but moved to our — Kuban.

It has a piquant taste, very Sunny or something : -) Perhaps, affect the fragrant and fragrant herbs of the Kuban...
