Integrity without being honest and transparency is a fail life
Sometimes there is no integrity that can be built outside honesty and transparency, they are the basis upon which your personality can firmly stand on, you need to do everything possible to get things done without the form lies because honestly make everything visible and make things happen anytime.
Honestly is simply the best to earn before anything in this world and also you need to make your jobs visible and transparency in order to make people access what you are really do for a living, so think of what you can do to help and please others in all your dealings in life and make sure you received everyone that may comes your way.
You only need to build a good foundation and make sure you have a strong foundation because without a clear transparent and honest, at the beginning of everything then your foundation be cracks at the beginning of everything and it can have effect in your journey.
Honesty and transparency are what defines, maintains and sustains you in everything, once you lack on that front you are lacking in credibility and direction, so you need to get things done at the right time and consider anything with honest and believes.
If you are a leader of any kind of association and you want to succeed in your leadership roles, then you need to do everything possible to be honest and trustworthy so that you people can have a strong believes in you and make things more easier for you and your leadership.
Finally, honestly and transparency are like seimeses twins that are very difficult to separate from each other's, you need to work on both in order to make your life meaningful and workable, let people know with the elements and make things happen without there concepts.
