Homey Project: First Concrete Layer

Hi everyone!

With the digging completed for our #Homey-Project, and having the site ready for the next phase, today it was a big day as we started to fill the foundation with the first layer of concrete. The digging was done at 1.5 meters bellow the ground level, and 90 centimeters will be filled by a layer of concrete without an iron reinforcement. This layer will act as a stability factor for our house, as the earth here is completely made out of clay, which has a bad behavior in case of flooding:

Today we got some equipment on our construction site, and the job was finished in record time:

This is pretty happy moment, as finally the place starts looking more homey! We can see now the place that will be our living room!
