Homey Project: Architectural Plans
Hi everyone!
If you followed my last two posts, then you already know that I started a huge personal project, to build the perfect homey place for my family.
All started in February when I decided to sell 5 BTC to buy a plot of 800 m2, where we build a home that fits to our dreams.
We hired an architect to design a 3 bedroom house, with a spacious living room with a big opening towards the garden, a small office space for myself, and a spacious place in the attic that can be used by wife as an atelier where she can continue to work on her amazing paintings...
... and these are the results:
On the ground floor we have a spacious living room (46.22 m2), a closed kitchen that we plan to isolate from the living room with a very french glass wall (18.01 m2), a small offce (13.08 m2), a technical room (8.22 m2), a small bathroom (6.19 m2), and a spacious deck (36.23 m2):

On the first floor we have the master bedroom (19.40 m2) with its own bathroom (8.17 m2) and dressing (6.45), a second bedroom (17.56 m2) with balcony, and a third one (15.28 m2) with a view towards the garden. In addition, we have a small storage area (4.27 m2) and a bathroom to be used by the two bedrooms (7.06 m2):

We want to have a very modern house, and therefore we want to put some additional effort in having a very cool staircase, and our architect was coming with a concept that we really love:

Oh, the memories.
I think follow your dreams and build the house just the way you like it. You will have setbacks and trusting the architects will prove dangerous but you will eventually be happy with it :)
Always oversee everything you have time for.
Have huge amounts of patience and prepare for deadline extensions.
