Why I want to be a Homesteder

I would like to be as self sustainable as I can be. I don't want anybody telling how I should live , what I should eat, what I can and cannot do. I want to better myself and make a better life for my family. This is my plan and my journey . As I move forward with this journey I will update my progress, interest and experiences.
