Nice to find other home brewers here. I see you used hop pellets. Whereas tastewise, they are identical to hop-flowers, I find that in homebrewing systems, it is easier (though slightly more pricey) to use hop-flowers, since the pellets tend to disintegrate into a sludge which is hard to remove without a dedicated filter. The flowers, packed in a loose bag, like you did with the pellets, can simply be scooped out at the end of the process with 0 residue in your brew.
