Harvesting My First Pink Guavas From Our Tree!!!
Good afternoon, Steemians!
I'm so excited to show you my pink guava tree's first harvest! We planted this tree about 6 months ago and already have fruit! The tree cost $50, that much I remember. I believe we got it from Lowe's, but it could've been The Home Depot.
Just before I harvested them - the smell coming off them was incredible!
From a short distance
Reppin' Steemit! - You want the guava skins to start turning yellow and a pungent beautiful smell to be emitted before you pick!

Home grown pink guavas vs. store-bought! No comparison!!!

Did you plant that tree indoors or outdoors?
Outdoors :) I don't have space inside for trees lol
What sort of climate do you live in?
I think guavas require some warm temperatures.
South Florida (sub tropical)
