New Rex Bunny Rabbit Babies!
So on the 10th we got a very adorable surprise. Over the night, all three rabbit mamas gave birth. According to our calendar they had two weeks left. I guess we marked it down wrong.
Chippy is a regular rex. She had two, we lost one overnight and added the last one to Scully's babies since she wasn't keeping them warm and didn't pull any hair this batch. She was snitching some of Scully's from under the divider between their cages.
Inara, we think, had eight. They all look like Black Otters this time.

Scully had either eight or nine, hard to tell. We added Chippy's survivor after this picture was taken.

They seem to all be doing well. We might have lost Chippy's survivor had it been colder out.
Our daughter is excited for more baby bunnies. The last round of babies are about two to three weeks from butcher stage and freezer camp.
