Free Ranging Meat Bird Broiler Chickens Reduced Feed Cost & Improved Health
We raise our own broiler meat chickens and they are so much healthier than commercially raised chickens. We are talking about the Cornish Cross broiler chickens bred for meat.
The broiler chickens generally sit around all day and night eating. They do nothing but eat from egg to table. The commercial birds are butchered around 6 to 8 weeks of age.
By this time commercial broilers have broken legs and all kinds of health problems.
We semi free range our meat chickens and they are so much healthier. In the chicken coop they were eating about 6 quarts of food for 6 to 10 birds.
Out free ranging they only eat 1 to 2 quarts of food per day. They are scratching, foraging and playing out in the yard every day.
They say you should butcher the Cornish Cross meat birds when their legs break. This is because the birds eat so much and do not get any exercise that their legs cannot keep up and break under the weight and the stress.
Our birds on the other hand were fully healthy and strong when we processed them. But we also waited to 12 weeks which gave us larger birds.
Our chickens were still in perfect health with no broken bones at processing.
This is a perfect example of why semi free ranging your meat chickens is healthier for them and for you.

Crap enclosures for chickens and a little pit where he is building an underground greenhouse and a flashlight so Ming Ling and see at night to take care of an infant and pulling the power away from a mother who does all the work on the trailer park and no firewood to heat for a long Michigan winter and a garden that froze before they could harvest much at all- his world is shit and he doesn't want to be reminded of it. His parents need to step in and get some work done on dumpsite 2.0 so he can film a finished project for once.

you need to go back and remove a ton of videos that show the aftermath of repeated raccoon attacks. You paint yourself into a corner when you deny the neglect and abuse by not providing secure housing for your "PET" chickens. You are your own worst enemy on catching yourself in lies.

But yet, I had police at our property many times after people were incited by sucks members to come to our home and kill our birds or mess up the fencing or chicken coops. There are police records of this.

You video EVERYTHING that would help you with the pity but the only footage you have on police at the dumpsite is after the arson and they were doing their job following up on leads. No one every messed with your chickens. It was always your neglect that killed them. You even said once that you often forgot to lock them in the coops at night- No chicken farmer would take that chance. My chicken coops have 12v automatic doors for when I'm not able to lock them in at sunset. You are now blaming everyone but yourself for the deaths of countless chickens. You are a sad little man.
Actually our chicken cottage is better than most farmers barns. It has sheathing, tar paper and paneling.
Most barns only have some boards where you can see outside between.
I think we are doing just fine really.

There are reasons for chickens to be dispatched at the recommended dates to prevent such cruelty. I guess you don't care to do things properly which seems to be the reason all these people have been pointing out inconsistencies and you are calling harassment. It was hilarious. Now exposing his own lies about being 95% off grid. Trailer and shack are still very much tied in and using grid power. I am looking forward to his wiring setup. Now that he is in real housing the electrical code applies big time. All exposed wiring must be in the walls or in electrical conduit for safety. The dumpsite shack had exposed wires dangling everywhere and he thought he did a great job and bragged about it. Looking forward to the shit show he is about to embark on so we can pass the code violations on to code enforcement. He claims in the video the 12v wiring does not have rules- dream on little idiot. You need to research this before getting fined and possibly red tagged and have to move out because it is not safe for occupancy.
