Are you a prepper on a budget?

I found 2 sources of 100% natural freeze dried fruit for pennies! Let me tell you where.

These freeze dried fruits are packed in Mylar bags, and I wouldn't hesitate to keep them for up to 25 years.

Since the prices of Mountain House Freeze Dried Foods and Thrive Life are expensive, you can find the following fruits that are intended for snacks.

  1. Brother's All natural Crisps. They come in many different varieties: bananas and strawberries, pears and apples.
Found in the Baby Section at Walmart
    Price: ~ $1.00/ea

  1. Dried Jack Fruit. Large bag. When you open and shake the bag, the fruit clink like glass. They are not De-hydrated rather, freeze dried. Eating just a few of these leaves you feeling full; unlike other dried fruits, that's because they are full of fiber not to mention delicious.
    Found in Asian Food Markets
    Price: ~ $ 3.00/ea
