Troy, we here at the HOA have looked over all the evidence from your former residence and frankly.... it’s very appalling and disturbing. We certainly hope you have no intentions of doing the same in our neighborhood. We intend on keeping a very close eye on the goings on at your property. We have also had many concerned people contacting us, warning us about you. Taking advantage of anyone let alone seniors will not be tolerated in this neighborhood…
