For $5K that seems like to good an opportunity to miss. Never seen anything quite so low over here in the UK - but then we have a lot less land to go round than you do in the US.

Yes, I can imagine the UK is a much different land market than Arkansas. :) Thanks you for the encouragement, I hope to accomplish some interesting and cool things.
