We need to take our health back into our hands and the only way to do that is to raise or grow our own food.
This is a big reason for us too. Eat the wrong food and you're all dead, though it may take time. We like to raise our own meat now and grow our own crops, saving our own seeds in the process.

Thank you for liking our post! one day we hope to be up their in the ranks of you. So if you have any tips or tricks we would like to know. We are also looking into different meat sources that we can use to better our lives.
Our fish last night from the store had Carbon Monoxide to keep the color. I'm grabbing a pole next time.
