I wonder how they fit these in my mail box ?
Anyway - it is not really mail order other than you order it online and they ship the kit to your address. These are built in Quebec and ship in North America. A few people I know have ordered these and are very happy with the end product.

What do you get for $55K? And can you build these yourself or do you need and army with heavy equipment? Just curious...
The shell in most cases. You have to finish everything out or hire someone to do it. The total costs depending on if you do it or hire someone else will end up being $120k-$175k. Or more depending on your finishes.
Yes ... the link shows what you get for 55 k .... the more you can do the lower your costs in addition to the 55k
Still pricey enough. But you do end up with a unique home.
