Cooking in a Dutch Oven

This is a 4 Quart Dutch Oven that I ordered form Amazon. They shipped it for free which is pretty unbelievable since the thing weighs a Ton. We cook stews and soup in this over coals in the back yard. People make bread and cakes in their Dutch Ovens but I haven't tried that yet. I will post some videos of us using the Dutch Oven on Dtube as soon as I can get it working.

I prefer Lodge Cast Iron myself. You can find them at local grocery stores and camping stores. Except for some of the ceramic coated pots, all of their cast iron is made in the USA.

Yes - The Lodge is nicer but was more expensive in Canada ... $81
