I think you can even make a makeshift root cellar with a buried bucket with a couple straw bales on top. But under a trailer house is a good idea too. I remember them always being cool underneath, even in Texas summers. Cool microclimates where we used to chase the biggest toads ever.

Those were the days. Man, we'd be out 18 hours a day in the sun and mud. Every trailer we could climb under without getting shot was our clubhouse 😂
