Let's discuss different types of fertilizers that you can make use of in the garden. Many people who are into the homesteading makes use of the fertilizer in the garden. And often it's necessary if you don't rotate the plants or the fruit trees in the garden. In such case making use of the fertilizers and earth worms is a good option.

Let's take a look at some of the different types of the fertilizer in the garden.

1. You can use the popular Urea, which is synthetic organic manufactured through the inorganic compounds. They are moderately priced, not too cheap or expensive.
2. Cow dung and the goat dung can also be stored and then used as a fertilizer. Just make sure to store it away from the house in a place where the smell does not affect your animals and the existing plants.
3. There is one more variety named fish fertilizer, that is often used if you have raised bed gardens. Most of the plants do well with it.
4. There are many other garden fertilizers that you can check and can be used based on the type of plants and the vegetables that you are planning to add into the garden.
