When you are spending time into the kitchen, you may feel that sometimes it's better to save the time in some things that are done repititively. And as you can see that trying some of the known hacks is one good way to handle that. Here in this curation I am going to link to some of the kitchen hacks that one can try out. Peel Garlic Quickly

I know this is one thing that I always try to do effectively. Here some people make use of the jar. And they put all the garlic in it. And they just shake it till all the garlic is properly peeled off. It works for some of the big sized garlic. But this may not work for the garlic which are small in size and don't have much outer shell to remove. So those garlics tend to break easily. So you may have to try different method for them.

Cut Onions Without Tears

Another hack where you can learn how to cut the onions without tears. You can see that this is one trick worth learning. Here you have to make sure to follow the simple trick and avoid crying while you are cutting the onions. I have found out that just using the onion and water and vinegar, you can reduce the tears. Some also make use of other ways for the tearless onion cutting using machine. But for homesteading that may not be a good idea. You can find plenty of videos on youtube.

Cutting Tomato

I know cutting tomato in general is easy. But how about removing the seeds while cutting. That's a bit work that you may have to do. And as you can see some of the time you have to be really understanding of the fact that tomato may have it's set of the issues to adjust with as well.
