How to make salted eggs
SALTED EGG.
Material:
18btr duck eggs
500gr coarse salt
2ltr air
Way:
● Dissolve salt in air, if using hot air wait until room temperature.
Clean the egg by rubbing to open pori2nya, then dry with a clean cloth
● Insert the egg into a brine container, try to put a distance of 2.5 cm between the egg and the top of the container. ● Close the container assembly, keep it for 18 days.
● After 18 days the egg is ready for harvest, boil for 40 minutes with low heat.
● Salted eggs ready to be enjoyed
