As you may know, I am creating an eco village from scratch in a forest on Bornholm, but I needed somewhere to stay while building!
Did not know this!! Maaaan your new chicken home looks great!!! and new?! It would be very easy to insulated it as it is, its prepared already on the roof!

I've been researching about insulating the roof and its a bit more complicated because its a metal roof and will create a lot of condens water, so I'd have to put a barrier underneath before insulating, which is a bit tricky to get under the beams, since it should have been laid in between..... but definitely possible..
Yes it will be annoying, you need a Damp proof membrane which ill be a right mission! Drill holes in the roof for ventilation 😂😂😂
It can be done though but only if you use the cheap polystyrene insulation and cut it very tight fitting in between the roof rafters so you wouldnt need no glue to hold it up, then its easy enuff to put a full sheet of plastic covering it and then staple gun it too the wood rafters.. You would definatly need the correct tape also for the plastic and also cover each staple with that tape also so it wont ever let water vapour in behind it 😊
