One thing I think we discussed once is that we're eventually looking to just have a root cellar, no fridge. Maybe just keep a small on in the tiny house for beverages, snacks and leftovers.
That'd be the way to do it - could even put a fridge in the root cellar and run an extension cord - that fridge would rarely ever turn on. You'll see a root cellar construction post from me before the end of summer - one of the must do this summer projects :)
