First DTube Post: Are Baby Goats Related to Rabbits or Simpson's Characters? ...& Colostrum Poops & Overbites

Are baby goats related to rabbits or Simpson's characters?

This line of reasoning needs more thought based on the evidence...

Basically, this is my first DTube Video and I'm testing the channel!

I've had trouble uploading from my iphone (anyone else do this with success?) and take most of my videos on my iphone and don't want to have to upload to the computer in order to post on DTube.

This vid was taken last summer on my friend's homestead. You'll be seeing more of these goats come spring!

I also want to feature people of my local Ozark community when the weather gets warmer and we again spend most of our time outside and everyone gets a nicer tan ;) ;)

Our local community is full of some serious gems and I want to share that!

This Video features two of the freshly born baby goats. This was the day I saw my first baby goat poo that was yellow!
As my friend explained to me, it's yellow because of the first milk that comes out of the udder. It's known as colostrum and it's a superfood innoculant (giving basic immunological support and growth hormones) for the babies.

And of course there's the endearing overbite :)

I have some shots of the goats being born, one even in process of falling! I'll edit those over the next few days and see if I can come up with a more put-together video of some awesome birth scenes!

Thanks for watching!
Hope you enjoyed!

Awesome to see you on DTube! Looking forward to learning more about your local community.

I'm able to upload to DTube from my Android by telling my browser to load the Desktop site rather than the Mobile site. Does iOS have that option?

glad to hear it. Looking forward to sharing more! hmm, will look into the deets of iOS, thanks for the tip.

Pretty awesome fist dtube if u ask me!! Nice job! And, such sweet baby goats awe 🐐🗻

well, it's hard to go amiss with baby animals.

Great video! Baby goats are the cutest. We had an Alpine/Nubian cross before the move and it was the best goat milk I've ever tasted. I had friends who I gave milk to and they called me back to ask if I had accidentally given them cow's milk instead. It was that good. Also we got about 3/4 gal each morning and then left her with the babies during the day. We're hoping to start up with goats soon! Thanks for the dose of cuteness!

We've been really happy with the milk from our friend's goats too. It is such a miracle that these cute things produce the sweet and creamy milk from herbs and grass. Good luck with your goat endeavor.

Ohh thanks for the beautiful article friend

HAHAHA Heck of a way to start a video.👌😂.... Wish I could help you with posting from your iphone. I post from my computer plus i have android.

Thanks. Well, if you like this one, check out the even stranger video we posted today.
