HOMESTEADING PASTA MAKING
Making homemade pasta from scratch.
Simple recipe: use egg yolks and flour only, add flour until no longer sticky, work like a dough. Let it rest for 1/2 hr, then cut (I did quarters for my amount) and run through pasta machine until thin enough (I did size 3 on mine), then cut with the machine according to what kind you want
IMPORTANT! Make sure you flour the sheet of pasta as you run it through the machine, otherwise it sticks
