Wow! So much progress in such a short time.i helped build an ecovillage in Israel and we barely build 3 walls in two weeks. However we were only 3 volunteers. I hope to get involved with another project like this soon. Keep up the good work!
oh wow.. i rarely hear of people building in israel! I once spend a week looking for a nice eco village in Israel but couldnt find one ;-) VERY happy to hear you are doing something! Where in israel did you help!?
It was in the North by Tzfat or Safed depending on how you want to spell that. Im not sure if they have any contacts. I was there in summer 2016 during it's very early stages. We were using donkeys to walk the paths for the stream fed gardens and build a bath house and yoga studio out of mud straw and sand. There was one other project that we collaborated with in the North that was a Palistinian and an Israeli girl collaborating to make an ecovillage to bring cultures together. There was one other couple I lived with that had ecovillage visions for their property. There are definitely projects about expecially in the North where it's not so much desert. May try looking on the Israeli wwoof website next time your over there :) how long ago were you in Israel?
oh wow.. nice to hear.. i did visit Tzfat actually, but that was 12 years ago now!
