Wisdom! Every one of us has different resources to work with and different goals for our land. But these three requirements are essential for any venture with land.

They are fat and sassy. Say - what do you know about feeding fresh cut grass? Is it possible to over feed them?
Not with just grass if there is a lot of clover or alfalfa they can bloat.
