PHILIPPINE HOMEMADE MANGO GRAHAM CAKE

Hello steemians I want to share to you how to make a homemade mango graham cake or what we called as mango float .This dessert is usually present in any occasion such as birthday , Christmas or even in our daily dessert and during weekend . Most people like this nutritious dessert because of mango, milk and grahams biscuits makes it delicious.

Here are some ingredients of making a mango float.

3 packs of grahams biscuits
1kilo of mango
2 can of condensed milk
4 pouch nestle cream

How to prepare the homemade mango float

  1. Feel off the skin of mango and make a slice.
  2. Mix 2 can of Condensed milk and 4 pouch of nestle cream..
  3. Prepare a container and put first biscuit.
  4. After putting the biscuits, add a slice of mango on the top
  5. Pour the mix condensed milk and cream.
  6. Next put again a Graham biscuits
  7. Repeat 4, 5 & 6 until 4 or 5 layer then add smashed grahams on the top.
  8. Chilled in 1hour until the milk and cream mix in biscuits. Ready to serve.

What makes a mango float nutritious
I considered mango float nutritious because mango is rich in vitamins C, Vitamin A and betacarotene and help us to provide us healthy immune system function, normal blood pressure and we have strong bones.

Milk has essential benefits like calcium which build as healthy bones and muscle.. Milk also provides Protein to our body which serve as source of energy. And Potassium which help us to maintain our healthy blood pressure.
Graham crackers can makes our weight loss because it contains whole grains ingredients that can help us to stay full.
