I definitely want the meat I potentially continue eating to be produced via better means but I want to reduce my meat consumption regardless! Thanks for the resources!
As I wrote you this comment I developed the thought of a longer article about this. Lets see when I will put it together.. Here in Portugal people eat meat every single day. Maybe even in two meals. Of course this is absolutely destructive with the meet production model the stuff comes from. I personally eat meat every 2nd day one meal and suffer with the knowlege where it comes from. It is very very difficult to find meet that makes a positive impact on the planet. But at least here in Portugal you eat a cow from the tongue, to the tail with innards, bone broth and fat. So
the waste is less. But in the end it is definitely our consumers job to educate our producers and tell them what we want. I believe in change.
