No lambs till late March.
Days like this I am happy we plan for lambs latter in the year than most other homesteading people. We have had lambs in weather like this and not had any problems, and we have lost rejected lambs also. Hope you are staying warm!
Love the landscape! I think it's interesting that a lamb would reject its baby.
It happens. Often a ewe will pick the stronger lamb and reject the weeker. Fs you force the ewe to nurse the lamb for about 3 days they will take it back most of the time.

I agree it is hard to lamb or kid in the middle of winter. What kind is sheep do you all have? They look great
