I tried this - I ended up adding more sugar after the first week then leaving it brew for a second week then refrigerating. Maybe I brewed the coffee too strong? Just tastes like slightly sour cold coffee. And I don't really like cold coffee anyway. I'm gonna keep drinking the cup I poured and see if it grows on me but I LOVE the kombucha I make and not so much this...
