Farmshare Appreciation Gathering
Every fall we get together with other members of the farm-share and get to enjoy a feast as a thank you from our farmers. Thought I would share a few pics.
Here's the entrance to a converted milking barn that now serves as a sort of storefront.
Random shot that caught my eyes.
Our year old granddaughter Maiara enamored with the turkey tractors.
A delicious meal all grown within twenty minutes of our home.
A few shots taken by my bride of me and my birthday buddy.
Do know where your food comes from ? Who grows it ? What systems they use ? You really need to. It's so much better for you and the whole planet. Shopping as local as possible is one of the easiest steps you can take to creating the world you desire. Thanks for taking a #walkwithme as my friend @lyndsaybowes would say. Peace, JerryT
You don't have your own farmer ? Get you one. Jay and I sharing a local beer crafted from the native thermal springs, absolutely wonderful.
What an AWESOME #walkwithme!!! What really stood out to me was the love in your eyes in every picture of you and your Birthday Buddy :) It really warmed my heart...thank you so much for sharing your life with us Jerry.
Thank you Lyndsay, we recently celebrated her first and my fiftieth, what a gift.
