A mushroom with happy faces, straw mushroom

Started q3 last year I test myself on growing mushroom and pictures below are the result of hardwork, I'm umemployed so I need to make my hobby as income to sustained my daily needs, straw mushroom are not the poisonous mushroom it's very healthy and very yummy

These are mushrooms with happy faces, brown straw hats, and dancing feet. These jolly mushrooms are called Volvariella volvacea. Their common name comes from the rice straw on which they are grown. The straw mushroom, also called "paddy straw mushroom," is cultivated in the hot, steamy climate of Southeast Asia

Do they grow well in the Philippines? I have a friend in Greenhills who has a bokashi composting business using spent coffee grounds from Starbucks. He's interested in getting fungi into his composts. If you're interested I could put you in touch. Maybe you can work together in that amazing Filipino style of coopetation

Wow that looks like a beautiful and tasty mushroom. I recently tried the wood ear mushroom for the first time in a wood ear salad. It's delicious, have you ever tried?
